Just a quick thought, if you were to ask all of the X Factor contestants what their goal for competing was, I suspect the majority would mention the $5 million recording contract or a large step into the music industry. By far and from many, that’s definitely the ultimate goal, but for most competitors, the real take away is an awesome life moment. Knowing inside that for at least for five minutes, that they stepped on stage, hit all the right notes and moved on. Nothing can ever take away that sense of acheivement away. For the 28 year old rap star, Chris Rene, his moment seems to have been timed to perfection…
Chris Rene ,a little bit of his history.
The smiley drug addict (I hate to refer to him as that) with the smooth vocals has spent much of his life making the wrong decisions. Around six years ago, he had a son named Elijah, but sadly no one told him for two years. He’s spent the last four years trying to make the situation right, regularly visiting the little guy and being there for him as much as possible. Because of his father’s past, Elijah’s foster parents decided never to tell the boy the nice man taking him out was his real dad, but according to an inside source, this week they finally and very kindly made the decision to let him know. The overjoyed contestant took to his Facebook page to celebrate the news…
” I am so happy i can’t express my joy with words!!! I feel a new song coming though. So Blessed.”
We all fight different battles in our lives and suffer different problems. Some of us go further off the deep end at various points, but what’s important is waking up one day and figuring it all out. For X Factor and most importantly for his son, The creators behind his fan site wishes Chris Rene the best moving forward. Nothing beats spending time with your loved ones, except maybe having five million dollars to take your son to Disney World.

I absolutely ADORE chris! He is such a humble and an honest person and the sweetest guy ever and so incredibly talented! He just invokes such strong feelings of love! Look at the effect he has had around the wprld! It’s crazy!!! I was one of the first few to see his auditions (and I am not from US), when it was uploaded on youtube (before it had so many hits) and the moment I saw him, i just loved him! he is such a wonderful soul! GOD bless him always and his sons and family! He has already won! he is the brightest star!

As with many folks jumping on the “Chris Rene” bandwagon…words cannot describe the way he touches people.
I’m a 48 yr old mom for heaven’s sake. Turned Chris onto my 20 yr old son and my son can’t stop listening to him and puts posts on his FB about “Young Homie”.
Chris has no idea how much his life is going to change and he’s fully deserving of this. My wish is for Chris to still clean and continue to be the inspiration for so many people.

Dear Chris,
Your grandfather and fathers life were as they were meant to be, even though there is a travesty to parts. Everything in life touches the next. Their greatness has been written but now it will be known. Their struggles and desires run through your blood but you are the one who looked deep enough inside to find the soul that God intended to be the master of the music and the words. He is pleased you have chosen to be his humble servant. His rewards are great but as you write, you must “remain the same”.
Don’t ever let yourself feel the stress of what will be expected of you by those around you; it is not your burden. This is Gods world, it is his burden and he does not want you to carry it. He is not asking you to be an inspiration to others; you are not responsible for anyone else in this world besides your children and your family. He only asks you to love him and to have the faith to make choices according to his word. The outcome is within his power. Never decide what is right by what you think the results will be, but by what he would want you to do. He is the inspiration; you are the image of his message.
Make your music for us as you are inspired by him, don’t listen to the negativity that will inevitably rise. You are the one who can put a message in commercial music where it is needed. I have listened to the lyrics of your music that is available to me and I have no doubt you are seeing an infinite and increasingly clear picture of where the world is. The most remarkable thing is when you read back over what you have written and you find a message to yourself that he has inserted without you even knowing.
I have read the tiniest portion of messages declaring you an inspiration; I imagine what is to come. It would be overwhelming to the Godliest of men so I write this to remind you it is not your burden. Your load is not too heavy; your message is simple and “light” on the soul.
I think chris is amazing, hope he goes all the way, truely talented artist, love ‘young homie’, would definitly go and see him if he toured england, manhester…..love ya chris xxxxxxx inspiration to my son too xx
