Chris, I never really watch these kind of shows but I just want to let you know what happened when my mom (who loves you) made me watch X factor today… A little over a year ago my father commited suicide, I was living in Washington state with my boyfriend at the time. Thru the past year I’ve been struggling with my emotions and drowning my sorrows with drugs and alcohol. The day before yesterday I made the decision that I had to drop everything, face life, and move to Oklahoma with my mother. Today, my mom had a recorded episode of the X factor from last night, she was studdering with excitement trying to explain to me your story and how she loved your song Young homie & wished you would sing it this episode. You came on stage for your second peformance and when the music started she was screaming “This is it this is it!!” As I listened to your song it was the first time in a long long time that I had even the slightest bit of hope that things might be ok. You helped me today! You made me genuinely feel okay! I don’t yet know what life has in store for me but I do feel like there is a reason God has me going thru all of this and that’s because I can make it. I don’t know if this will reach you personally, but if it does I just want to thank you. Thank you so much Chris! You are amazing!
Chris…Your song is sooo inspirational and I hope that others who struggle with addiction hear this song and it touches them the way it touched my heart. Never have I been a fan on a website for anyone else but I want you to know that you are original and so talented. I hope you continue to write songs that are positive and inspiring for the world. My brother has a drug addiction and I don’t know what to do for him since he’s been to rehab and he is in denial and is a “functioning” addict. I will show him your story and song this weekend and hope it will motivate him and show him that it is possible if you just believe like you did.

I always watch these kind of shows. but never vote. This time I voted because I felt you were so original. There are lots of Joshs out there & lots of Melanies, but only ONE CHRIS RENEE!! What you are doing with your life is fantastic & I know is not an easy thing to do. I do hope someone that can help you with your Musical Career was watching the X-Factor

The LORD returned your health and now you are responsible for your immediate family and your brothers and sisters of the faith.My husband loves your music as do my sisters.Do you recognize how talented you are? You are a young man and you have achieved so much. The LORD does not make mistakes, therefore, you are where you are right now in time and space because he put you there to fulfill a mission. You have been chosen to teach the masses what love is. It takes a special soul to reach the people and I have seen all of the fans that you have and they are all over the world. The LORD gave you your body so you cannot abuse it. Anytime you feel the urge or become depressed think about the people that depend on you now. You will become a great star and writer but remember those in your family or friends who have stuck with you thru thick and thin. Never turn your back on these persons because they love you and are very loyal. Live one day at a time and never go out without Jesus in your heart. Please record Young Homey and Where… yourself.
